The Concept of Discreet Management as a Proposed Style of Managing the Teachers Team by the School Head

Abstract
The study presents my own concept of managing the teachers team. The article contains two parts: a theoretical one, presenting the basics of the concept of discreet management with respect to teachers teams and with reference to the trends existing in the literature (in social sciences and humanities) and to my research, and an empirical one, presenting teachers' opinions (a diagnostic survey) on the presented concept.
